TERMS OF SERVICE

🔅 Image Copyright:- Non-commercial commissions: I keep full rights to the artwork. You cannot claim ownership or use it for commercial purposes. You may repost it with proper credit.- Commercial commissions: I still own the artwork and can display it in my portfolio or social media. A separate license is required for commercial use (NFTs and crypto-related use are not allowed). Artwork may not be used to promote hate or discrimination.---
🔅 Editing and Usage:No edit without my permission. Artwork may not be used for AI or NFT purposes.---
🔅 Deadline:Completion time is at least 1 month after the idea is approved. Depending on the complexity, the deadline will be around 1 to 3 months.---
🔅 Payment Information:- International: PayPal (USD)- Vietnam: Bank/Momo- Payment is due within 2 days after discussion. Otherwise, the commission slot will be canceled.---
🔅 Will/Won't draw:✔️ Will draw: OCs, Vtubers, fanarts, characters of all genders and orientations.✖️ Won’t draw: Mecha, Bara, Gore, Furry, NSFW,...---
🔅 Additional info:- Free fixes if I draw wrong. Changes outside the brief cost from 10% of the commission.- Please let me know in advance if you want to change the credit name, otherwise I’ll use the account name you contacted me with.---

PRICE LIST

- Max 3 characters per canvas.- Private commission: +30% commission price.- Commercial commission: x2 commission price.

- Background: $0-20 | 0-200k VND (not too complicated)- Extra character: +70-90%- The final files will include:
+ the original size image
+ the resized image (30% of original size) with watermark.
Both are in [.png] format
Process:
brief > rough sketch > detailed sketch > colored sketch > final render- 100% payment before I start sketching (if payments made through PayPal)- 50% deposit before I start sketching, and the remaining payment after the detailed sketch (for Vietnamese clients)
Refund:
- 90% refund if I have not started the work- 60% refund if I have already sent the sketch- 20% refund if I have already sent the colored version- No refund if I have started the final rendering stage
